Rep. Jeremie Dufault - 15th Legislative District

Jeremie Dufault is running to represent the 15th Legislative District in the Washington State Senate. Jeremie has lived in the Yakima Valley for most of his life. He is a Republican.

Jeremie currently represents the 15th District in the Washington State House of Representatives. The 15th runs from Prosser through Zillah, Terrace Heights, Selah, and west Yakima.

During his three terms in the House of Representatives, Jeremie helped save the Yakima Valley School and helped stop multiple property and other tax increase proposals. He also helped create the Purple Heart License plate program and increased housing and medical services for homeless veterans. He also sponsored legislation to expand mental health care in Yakima County.

Dufault was named one of the most conservative members of the Washington State House of Representatives by the national Conservative Political Action Committee.

He is a real estate developer and lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He served in Kuwait and Afghanistan.

Jeremie was born and raised in Yakima. He graduated from Davis High School, the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School. He lives in Selah with his three daughters, Ellie, Lulu, and Addy.
