Dr. Erika Creydt - 42nd Legislative District
Dr. Erika Creydt is a lifelong Blaine and Whatcom County resident who is running for State Senate in the 42nd District. She believes the communities that raised her deserve a senator who listens, shows up, and fights for the people who call this region home.
A clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in youth mental health, Dr. Creydt has spent her career working with children and families navigating real challenges—often long before anyone else sees the struggle. She understands that when mental health is ignored, education suffers, and futures are put at risk.
Dr. Creydt also believes taxpayers deserve accountability and results. She supports responsible stewardship of public dollars and will confront systems that aren’t working for Whatcom families—because leadership means telling the truth and demanding better.
Dr. Creydt serves on the Blaine School Board and is a wife and mother of three. If elected, she will bring experience, compassion, and common-sense leadership to Olympia._____________________________________________________
