District 7 — Kettle Falls
Senator Bob Morton is a strong advocate for rural Washington. A former cattle rancher, Senator Morton has lived in the 7th District since 1970. He was first elected to the House in 1990 and to the Senate in 1994. He serves as the Ranking Member on the Senate Natural Resources, Ocean & Recreation Committee. He graduated from Alfred University with degrees in History and Political Science. Bob and his wife Lisa have five children and eleven grandchildren.

District 8 — Richland
Senator Jerome Delvin is a lifelong resident of Benton County and a retired police officer. An expert on energy and environmental issues, Senator Delvin is Washington's most vocal advocate for nuclear energy. He was elected to the House in 1994 and appointed to the Senate in 2004. He is an avid backpacker, downhill skier and mountain climber. Jerome lives in Richalnd with his wife Josie.

District 13 — Moses Lake
Senator Janea Holmquist grew up in Eastern Washington on family farms raising horses, cattle and hay. She was appointed to the House in 2001 and served three terms there before being elected to the Senate in 2006. In the Senate, she is the ranking member on the Senate Labor, Commerce & Consumer Protection Committee and a leading advocate for small business. Janea graduated from Gonzaga University with degrees in political science and sociology. She currently resides in Moses Lake working as an independent insurance consultant.

Sen. Jim Honeyford
District 15 — Sunnyside
Senator Jim Honeyford is an advocate for responsible spending, a world-class education system and accessible healthcare. A former teacher, coach and librarian in Sunnyside, Senator Honeyford also worked as a police officer and farmer. He was elected to the House in 1998 and to the Senate in 2002. In the Senate, he has served as Republican Caucus Chair and is currently the Deputy Republican Floor Leader. Jim has undergraduate and masters degrees from Central Washington University. District 31 — Auburn
Senator Pam Roach has served in the Senate since 1990. She has focused her time and energy on several important issues, most notably public safety and elections. Senator Roach has prime-sponsored numerous pieces of legislation to encourage government accountability, and the protection of ballots and other important election materials. She has also worked to control property taxes, build public parks, keep sex predators out of neighborhoods, and crack down on meth crime. Roach previously served as a legislative aide and Chief of Staff to former King County Councilman Kent Pullen. Pam and her husband, Jim, have five grown children.

Sen. Dale Brandland
District 42 — Bellingham
Senator Dale Brandland spent his career in law enforcement before being elected to the Senate in 2002. He preivously served as the Whatcom County Sheriff and as President of the Washington State Sheriff and Police Chiefs Association. In the Senate, Senator Brandland is fighting for affordable healthcare and to keep our communities safe. He is also the ranking member on the Capital Budget Committee. He started his career as an officer with the Bellingham Police Department and before that served in the United States Navy. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and Washington State University. Dale and his wife Jean have two children and five grandchildren.
