Senator Bob Morton represents the 7th Legislative District.
Morton is committed to conserving and preserving our state's bounty, from our forests to our water. He has been a leader in protecting water rights for agriculture, protecting livestock from predators, and developing a statewide forest health plan to protect our trees from disease and infestations.
Bob was first elected to the House of Representatives in 1990, and to the Senate in 1994. He has been a member of the committee dealing with natural resource issues during his entire legislative career.
Bob and his wife, Linda, have been residents and property owners in the 7th District since 1970. They have five grown children: Bettina, Laura, Shawn, Scott, Roxanne, and eleven grandchildren.
