Senator Jerome Delvin was first elected to the House in 1994, appointed to the Senate in 2004, elected to the Senate in 2004, and re-elected in 2006. He currently serves on the Economic Development, Trade and Innovation, Enivronment, Water and Energy, and Transportation committees. Delvin is a retired Richland police officer. He spent 27 years on the force, retiring in 2007. He is married to his wife, Josie
